Lisa Bernholz-Balsam, MS, CCC-SLP/A

Lisa Bernholz-Balsam, MS, CCC-SLP/A, is the Co-Director of the TSLC. She graduated from Brooklyn College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology and a dual Masters Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Lisa is licensed and certified as a Speech and Language Pathologist and Audiologist in the states of New Jersey and New York. In addition, Lisa has professional affiliations with the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and the New Jersey Speech and Hearing Association (NJSHA). In September 1998, Lisa joined the speech language team at the Therapeutic Nursery at the JCC on the Palisades, a parent/child interdisciplinary pre-school program. Lisa continues to work at the Therapeutic Nursery and is celebrating her ten-year anniversary with the school. She presently splits her time between the Therapeutic Nursery and the Tenafly Speech and Language.
